Livin' The Dream is a poetic documentary that juxtaposes found audio primarily from the 1956 film "Building the American Dream" with sharply contrasting imagery of current-day, deteriorating, American infrastructure, housing, and vehicles. This film aims to explore the reality of the American Dream in theory vs. practice, highlighting the way we have become trapped in an ever-increasing hostility born of materialistic ambition.
